Footprint Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards.

The position offers a flexible schedule in your local market, starting pay $13.00 per hour, plus travel time pay and mileage reimbursement, early wage access, a 401(k) with company match, and virtual training with ongoing support. No prior merchandising experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
• Ability to work independently and provide accurate timely reporting via a mobile device
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores
