Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

This route typically averages 5 hours per week and in some areas 10 hours per week. It includes service at the following locations: 1200 Hwy 31 Correctionville, IA 51016; 410 East 1st St Kingsley, IA 51028. The position offers travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, and early wage access.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores
