Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations within your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards.

You will work independently in stores, stocking shelves, updating planograms, and completing audits with mobile reporting. This role offers flexible hours in your local market with a starting wage of $13.00 per hour and travel/mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work independently and report accurately via mobile device.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with store personnel clearly.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
