Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations across the assigned California territory, ensuring products and displays meet client standards.

You’ll stock shelves, update planograms, complete audits, assist with store refreshes, apply security tags, take photos and submit reports via mobile app, building relationships with store staff and management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
