Job summary

American Greetings Corporation is seeking a Merchandiser to work independently across various retail locations, displaying and maintaining inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush, and more. Route covers locations including 612 E Main St, Hohenwald, TN 38462 and nearby points.

The role offers hourly pay starting at $11.70 with increases to $12.40 after 6 months and $13.00 after 1 year, plus flexible scheduling and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must be available daytime hours, especially Monday mornings.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently on a route and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on the assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and maintain backroom organization.
• Communicate questions or schedule concerns with store management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with good time management and organization.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime retail hours.
• Assist with additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including fixture work or product relocation as needed.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule using a company tablet.
