Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations in the Michigan area, ensuring displays meet client standards. Duties include stocking, updating planograms, audits, and assisting with store refreshes, with reporting via a mobile app.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently; no experience required, with virtual training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently with accurate, timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate effectively with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.
• Physical ability to move around stores and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
