Mondelez International in Caldwell, NJ is seeking a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain in-store visibility for Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy and more. You will travel to assigned stores, six hours per day, 25-30 hours weekly, with mileage reimbursement.

The ideal candidate is at least 18, has a valid driver’s license, can lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs with assistance), and works well independently while following Mondelēz merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, up to 50 lbs with help, in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Experience in retail/grocery is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of West Caldwell, NJ; be available Sun–Fri.

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelēz in-store to optimize shelf visibility and displays.
• Stock, maintain, and rotate Nabisco brands on shelves.
• Execute merchandising steps and capture store photos as needed.
• Ensure plans with store managers are followed and report issues.
• Follow daily schedules set by merchandising manager; support seasonal displays.
• Drive positive, upbeat in-store presence while adhering to guidelines.
