Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser for the Eau Claire area. This role starts early, with a 6am shift and weekend availability required to stock, rotate, and display beverages at grocery stores and other outlets along assigned routes.

You will load and unload between backroom and floor using manual equipment such as pallet jacks, follow routing codes in our systems, and document execution with photos. Prior experience is not required; dependability is key.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work.
• Requires reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Accurately complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.

• Shift: Part Time, 6am start time, Weekend availability needed
• Local Route Available: Eau Claire, Menomonie and surrounding areas
• Hourly Pay Rate: $19.75 plus mileage reimbursement
  
  

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned
  
  

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
