Job summary

The Odom Corporation is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to manage daily stocking, rotation, and displays at customer locations. You will work under varying supervision to meet customer needs and company goals while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating products, documenting stock levels, and building displays according to directions. Prior retail stocking experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license with insurance is required for

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must have valid Driver's License.
• Must have proof of insurance.
• Must have good driving record.
• Must have your own reliable means of transportation.
• Should be physically capable to lift cases and display units up to 70 pounds repeatedly.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior retail stocking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations daily to merchandise and maintain products through stocking, rotating, dusting, and building displays.
• Stock and rotate products on the floor, in coolers, bins, or shelves according to product info.
• Examine stock for quality conformance and take pride in distributed products.
• Perform duties on time, efficiently, safely, and during off-peak hours as needed by customers.
• Document products received, distributed, or set aside due to damage or expiration.
• Receive on-the-job training related to company merchandiser duties.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and discard trash and boxes before leaving accounts.
• Display promotional materials (POS and signage) per policies.
• Build displays following supervisor/Sales Rep directions.
