Job summary

The Odom Corporation in Washington state is seeking a Merchandiser responsible for stocking, rotating, and displaying products at customer locations with minimal supervision. You will visit sites daily to merchandise, stock, and maintain displays, ensuring quality conformance and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must have valid Driver's License.
• Must have proof of insurance.
• Must have good driving record.
• Must have your own reliable means of transportation for getting to and from accounts.
• Should be physically capable to lift cases and display units up to 70 pounds repeatedly.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior retail stocking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations daily to merchandise and maintain products through stocking, rotating, dusting, and building displays.
• Stock and rotate products on floors, coolers, bins or shelves per product details.
• Inspect stock for quality conformity and pride in products distributed.
• Perform duties on time, safely, and efficiently during peak hours.
• Document quantities received, distributed, or set aside due to damage or obsolescence.
• Participate in on-the-job training for merchandiser duties.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and dispose of trash and boxes.
• Display promotional materials according to policies.
• Build displays as directed by supervisors.
