Job summary

CJ Schwan's in Tupelo, MS is hiring part-time Merchandisers to ensure our popular brands are stocked and displayed. You will stock shelves, rotate products, and set up promotional displays while delivering courteous service to shoppers.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as is the ability to lift 35 pounds and work Saturdays and Sundays. Paid training and mileage reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• No degree required; grocery merchandising experience is a plus.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 35 pounds and move frozen products safely.
• Access to a smartphone and ability to pass pre-employment checks.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirementsAbility to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
