Job summary

The Swan Food Company in Appleton, Wisconsin, is hiring immediately for Merchandisers to stock, rotate, and display our products in grocery stores, supporting popular brands.

This part-time role averages about 15 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday). You will receive paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement.

You will work with store teams to ensure products are available, correctly labeled, and well displayed while delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and move frozen products safely.

Responsibilities

• Safely stock products in assigned stores and ensure shelves are stocked.
• Merchandise and rotate products to maintain shelf integrity.
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays as needed.
• Provide friendly customer service and coordinate with store staff.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
