Job summary

Mondelēz in Show Low, AZ is seeking a retail merchandiser to support in-store visibility and product presentation. You will stock shelves and build displays, representing Mondelēz to store personnel while coordinating with sales reps to maximize visibility.

Open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Fulfill customers’ merchandising needs through communication and relationship building.
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays.
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees.
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps.
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores.
Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines.
Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management.
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores.
Move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves.
