Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is hiring Merchandisers in the Santa Barbara area to ensure products are readily available on store shelves. You will stock, merchandise, rotate, and maintain displays while delivering excellent customer service to shoppers and collaborating with team members.

The role requires lifting up to 35 pounds, access to a smartphone, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment.
• Access to a smartphone to support company technology requirements.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
