Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring Merchandisers to ensure our products are available on store shelves and to maintain attractive promotional displays. You will stock items, rotate products, and keep displays neat while delivering good customer service to store teams.

The role requires 18+ with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Access to a smartphone for company tech and the ability to pass background checks and drug tests are required.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements

Responsibilities

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers
• In-store merchandising tasks to ensure shelves are stocked and presentable
