Job summary

CJ Schwan’s in San Diego seeks a part-time Merchandiser to keep shelves stocked and displays fresh across Mission Valley and Poway. You’ll work 20-25 hours per week, with a paid training program and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities include stocking products, rotating stock, setting up promotions, and delivering friendly service to store teammates and shoppers, while complying with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.

• Access to a smartphone for company technology is required.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Immediately Hiring a Merchandiser for San Diego, Mission Valley & Poway

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
