Job summary

Schwan's is hiring part-time Merchandisers to stock and rotate products in Pennsylvania grocery stores. The role includes maintaining displays, setting up promotions, and providing friendly service to shoppers. Requires reliable transportation and a valid license.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to operate company equipment including handhelds; ability to communicateeffectively verbally; strong time management skills; valid driver's license; must possess a mobile device with data,text and voice capabilities. Ability to perform work in a fast-pace work environment , meet the defined physicalactivities, (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.) and work in cold temperatures -20 degrees F, whileworking in store freezer units up to 20 minutes (~5 - 8 times daily).
