Job summary

Schwan's is seeking Merchandisers to help ensure products are readily available on store shelves. This part-time role covers Saturday and Sunday shifts and includes mileage reimbursement, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

You will stock shelves, merchandise products, rotate inventory, and set up promotional displays while delivering excellent customer service in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Years of Related Experience: 0-2 years related experience.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to operate company equipment including handhelds; communicate effectively; strong time management; valid driver's license; mobile device with data, text and voice; able to work in cold temperatures and in store freezers.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
