Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is hiring Merchandisers to ensure our popular brands are prominently displayed in stores. This role supports weekend stocking and promotional setup across assigned locations in the US.

The position offers paid training and clear opportunities for advancement, with a part-time schedule Saturdays and Sundays totaling 10–16 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Access to a smartphone to support company technology requirements.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Stock products in assigned stores securely.
• Merchandise and rotate products on shelves.
• Maintain display space and set up promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and work well with store teams.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
