Role Overview: As a Merchandiser, you will be a vital part of our company's purpose: helping people celebrate holidays, each other, and all of life's special moments. You will work independently across various retail locations, showcasing organization and time management skills to display and maintain inventory of our products, including greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush, and more.

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay is $11.70/hour, with two increases during the first year, subject to change based on location.
• Pay increases to $12.40 after 6 months and $13.00 after 1 year of employment.
• Flexible work scheduling and paid training are provided.
• 401(k) plan with company match.

Route and Schedule:

This route services retail locations at: 10710 Chantilly Pkwy, Montgomery, AL, 36117. The average weekly hours are 7, increasing to around 15 hours during holidays. Ideal candidates should be available during daytime hours, especially Monday mornings.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Service stores by merchandising, organizing product orders, displaying products, maintaining backroom areas, and other inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management regarding service or schedule concerns.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment, demonstrating effective time management.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, product assembly, and relocations as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedules using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Experience and Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; training provided.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Reliable transportation and internet access are required.
• Comfortable using a company-provided tablet.
• Availability for occasional weekends and holiday periods.
