Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring Merchandisers in Indiana to ensure products are available on store shelves and properly displayed. The role involves stocking shelves, rotating products, and setting up promotions while delivering friendly customer service in multiple local stores.

The position is part-time (15–20 hours/week) with a $17/hour pay rate, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and opportunities for career growth. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required).
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older.
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment.
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements.
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements.
