Job summary

Schwan's Company in the Richmond area is hiring immediately for part-time Merchandisers to keep our shelves stocked with Red Baron, Tony's, Freschetta pizzas and Mrs. Smith's and Edwards desserts.

This is a weekend-friendly role offering mileage reimbursement, paid training, and clear opportunities for advancement. You will safely stock products, rotate displays, set up promotions, and deliver friendly service to store teams and customers while meeting pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 35 pounds and move frozen products safely.
• Own smartphone compatible with company tech requirements.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug test.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
