Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in the Marshall, IL area. You will stock shelves, update planograms, complete audits, and report via a mobile app while building relationships with store staff. Independent field work with a flexible local schedule is available plus training.

Starting pay is $15.00/hour, with travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, and a 401(k) match where eligible. No prior experience required.

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
