Footprint Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within the Newton, IL area to ensure products and displays meet client standards. This role involves stocking shelves, updating planograms, and performing audits using a mobile app.

You will travel within the territory, communicate with store personnel, and report findings to the District Manager. Prior merchandising or retail experience is a plus, but not required as virtual training is provided.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

This route typically averages 5 hours per week and in some areas 10 hours per week. It includes service at the following locations:

• 209 W JOURDAN ST NEWTON, IL 62448

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
