Footprint Solutions in Longview, TX, is seeking a Merchandiser to service retail locations within your assigned area and ensure displays meet client standards and planograms are up to date.

This role offers starting pay of $13.00 per hour, mileage reimbursement for travel between locations, a flexible local schedule, and early wage access with virtual training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
