Footprint Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Typical duties include stocking shelves, updating displays, completing audits, and assisting with store refreshes.Travel and flexible scheduling are provided, with virtual training and ongoing support for new hires.

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Where will you work?

This route typically averages 5 hours per week and in some areas 10 hours per week . It includes service at the following locations:

• 614 E WINE COUNTRY RD GRANDVIEW, WA 98930
• 125 Main Street Mabton, WA 98935
• 2660 Yakima Valley Hwy Sunnyside, WA 98944
• 214 South 6th St Sunnyside, WA 98944

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
