Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards.

You will stock shelves, update planograms, complete audits and reporting, assist with store refreshes, apply security tags, take photos, and build relationships with store staff while coordinating with your District Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.

What You’ll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

This route typically averages 5 hours per week, and in some areas 10 hours per week. It includes service at the following locations:

• 266 E Main St Walkerville, MI 49459

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally up to 40 pounds
