Job Description

Purpose of the Job

Merchandise products, including stocking shelves, rotating stock, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, organizing storage, and moving products from storage to the sales floor.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi products in assigned accounts.
• Maintain backroom stock in a neat and organized manner.
• Communicate issues to supervisors and co-workers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Good communication and math skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and without direct supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Able to work necessary hours to complete tasks.

Essential Mental and Physical Functions

Mental effort involves normal alertness. Physically, constant standing, lifting up to 85 pounds, pushing/pulling 300-2400 pounds with assistance, bending, reaching, and squatting are required. Walking is frequent; sitting is occasional.

Equipment Used

Vehicle, hand truck, pallet jacks, label gun, telephone, calculator, POS materials, computer, and office equipment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

None.

Language Skills

Must speak, read, and understand English.
