Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring immediately for Merchandisers in Fort Wayne, IN. This part-time role includes stocking products in stores, merchandising, and setting up promotional displays, with strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

You will be paid $16 per hour, work 25–30 hours/week on a Sun, Mon, Fri, Sat schedule, and receive mileage reimbursement and paid training. Opportunities for advancement exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift 35 pounds.
• Access to a smartphone to support company tech needs.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

What You Will Do

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
