Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring Merchandisers in Portland, ME to ensure our brands are stocked and displayed on store shelves. You will contribute to merchandising, rotation, and promotional displays while delivering excellent service to shoppers.

This part-time role pays $18 per hour with 15-20 hours weekly (Sun, Thu, Sat). A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and access to a smartphone are required.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Access to a smartphone for company technology requirements.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and move frozen products.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
