Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in the Elizabethton area. You will ensure products and displays meet client standards while working independently in stores.

Tasks include stocking shelves, updating planograms, completing audits and reporting, assisting with store resets, applying security tags, taking photos with a mobile app, and building relationships with store staff. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour with travel and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.

What You'll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory

• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
