Job summary

Footprint Solutions is hiring a Part-Time Merchandiser in Banner Elk, North Carolina. As a Merchandiser, you will service retail locations, ensuring products meet client standards. You’ll engage in stocking, organizing displays, and completing reports.

The position offers starting pay of $13.00 per hour, mileage reimbursement, early wage access, and participation in a 401(k). Prior experience is not required as training is provided.

Merchandiser (Part-Time)

What You’ll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including text and/or email
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
