Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is immediately hiring a Merchandiser to stock and merchandise products across Beaumont, Port Arthur, Silsbee, Woodville, Lumberton, Orange and Jasper. You’ll ensure shelves are stocked, displays are set up, and customers receive friendly service.

The part-time role offers about 25-30 hours per week with paid training and opportunities for advancement. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift 35 pounds and move frozen products.
• Access to a smartphone to support company technology requirements.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores


• Merchandise and rotate product


• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays


• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)


• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older


• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment


• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements


• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
