Job summary

Footprint Retail Services is seeking a Merchandiser to service retail locations in Asheville, NC, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. You will stock shelves, update planograms, complete audits, and support store resets while reporting via a mobile app.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and can work independently with a flexible schedule. Travel within the territory is required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.

Job description

What You’ll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
