Footprint Solutions, a veteran in in-store merchandising, is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in its assigned area. The role includes stocking, updating displays, audits, and independent reporting via a mobile app.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with reliable transportation and strong communication skills. The position offers a flexible local schedule, travel allowances, early wage access, and a company 401(k) plan where eligible.

Merchandiser (Part-Time)

For more than 20 years, Footprint Solutions has partnered with some of the nation's leading retailers to provide merchandising, installation, and in-store support services. We help retailers keep their stores organized, stocked, and customer-ready.

What You’ll Do

As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

Responsibilities may include:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Updating planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Where will you work?

This route typically averages 5 hours per week and in some areas 10 hours per week. It includes service at the following locations:

• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
• Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
• Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
