A Merchandiser – Off Premise (OFP) is responsible for ensuring assigned customer accounts are consumer ready; this entails stocking store shelves and cold boxes/coolers with fresh products, building displays, and providing exceptional service to retail clients. This position is part of the Off Premise Merchandising department or Off Premise Sales team.

WORK TASKS

A Merchandiser OFP can be expected to perform the following tasks routinely:

Maintains fresh products by stocking, rotating, organizing, and refilling back stocks, cold boxes/coolers, shelves, beer caves, and displays, adhering to all quality and rotation policies.

• Ensures service levels and compliance rates are met or exceeded.
• Works with Coaches/Leadership to record and track Out Of Stock (OOS) in each account.

Builds displays and places signage and other merchandising items.

Ensures all Andrews SKUs are priced correctly and meet visibility standards.

Keeps backroom and inventory areas clean and organized. Notifies manager of any product breakage.

Completes and documents retail calls with signatures and provides feedback to Account Manager, District Sales Manager (DSM), and/or Key Account Manager (KAM).

Walks the account for merchandising opportunities and pairing with Andrews’ portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Stand and walk for long periods.
• Lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly.
• Work in various environments, including outdoor and noisy settings.
• Operate equipment and use a computer.
• Drive during work hours.
• Maintain safety and company policies.
