Job summary

Schwan's Company in Abilene, TX is hiring immediately for Merchandisers. Part-time, 10-15 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday with possible extra weekends. $16 per hour; mileage reimbursement and paid training.

You will stock products on store shelves, rotate products, set up displays, and provide excellent customer service while coordinating with store staff. Must have grocery experience (not required), valid driver's license, reliable transportation, access to smartphone, and ability to lift

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Access to a smartphone for company app usage.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and handle frozen products safely.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Stock products safely in assigned stores on schedule.

• Maintain display space and promote promotions.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Safely stock our products in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
