Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and give correct change
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising procedures and standards
• Prepare merchandise for sale following company procedures
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
• Provide and accept feedback and recognition
• Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Contribute to shrink reduction efforts
• Maintain a safe environment and participate in safety initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
