Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or GED.
• Valid Alabama driver's license and driving record acceptable to agency insurance carrier.
• Ability to be certified and maintain Nurse Delegation certification
• Background check and drug screening required

Responsibilities

• Provides direct client care to residents in group home/residential setting.
• Monitors and trains residents in daily living skills.
• Provides support services for the home and residents.
• Transports clients per schedule.
• Documents accurately in the electronic health record
• Administers medication under Nurse Delegation program
• Completes administrative and client-related paperwork
• Meets attendance and punctuality expectations, updates timecard
• Maintains credentialing requirements
• Performs other duties as assigned
