Qualifications

• Must have some previous experience working directly with individuals with mental health diagnoses and disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must pass Criminal Record History Clearance and Drug Screening.

Responsibilities

• Work with up to 8 individuals with mental health diagnoses to enhance independence.
• Collaborate with Program Specialist for individualized goal achievement.
• Model encouragement, support, and safety.
• Assist individuals with personal care and meal preparation.
• Transport residents to activities and medical visits.
