Job summary

The University of Maine at Augusta (UMA) is seeking a part-time, temporary Men's Assistant Soccer Coach to join our athletics program. The position runs ASAP through April 30th each year and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and soccer-playing or coaching experience. A valid Maine driver’s license is also required.

Responsibilities include recruiting student-athletes, coaching the men’s soccer team, and transporting players and staff to away games. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Playing and/or coaching experience in soccer.
• Valid Maine Driver’s License in good standing.
• Experience coaching at the university level is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit talented student-athletes.
• Coach and mentor our men's soccer team.
• Transport student-athletes and support staff to games.
