Job summary

Merrill Gardens at Tukwila in Tukwila, WA, is seeking a Senior Living Caregiver for part-time shifts Sunday through Monday, 6:00am–2:30pm. You will support residents with daily living activities in a Montessori-Inspired Memory Care Community. This role emphasizes dignity, independence, and meaningful, hands-on engagement; prior CNA or caregiver experience and state certification is valued, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• State-approved caregiver training or ability to obtain certification.
• CNA license or two years of caregiver experience.
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, meals, laundry, general care).
• Manage medication as allowed by the state and complete daily progress reports.
• Complete daily progress notes for Assisted Living & Garden House residents.
