Merrill Gardens at Tukwila is seeking caring Memory Care Caregivers/MedTechs to support residents in our welcoming community. The role covers activities of daily living, medication assistance where permitted, and daily progress reporting.

Training and certifications are encouraged, with opportunities for growth in a stable, family-founded company. Shift is Tue-Sat 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM; we offer full-time benefits and part-time options with meal benefits, retirement plans, and tuition

Qualifications

• CNA license or eligibility
• Caregiver training/certification
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, meals, laundry)
• Manage medication as allowed by state and complete daily progress reports
• Prepare and update progress notes daily or as needed
