Qualifications
- Arizona caregiver certificate is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- All state educational requirements must be met.
- CPR certification is required.
- Experience with elderly population is preferred.
- Must read, write, speak and understand English.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (grooming, bathing, personal environment).
- Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
- Respond to emergencies, resident/visitor requests, and hazards in a timely, safe manner.
- Review resident care plans and obtain vital signs.
