Job summary

Capital Credit Union in Hazen, ND is looking for a part-time Member Services Associate to greet members, process transactions, and help solve problems so members can reach their goals.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and account inquiries with a friendly, service-driven attitude; cash handling and sales experience are appreciated.

Qualifications

• 20-25 hours a week, hours may range between 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM and every third Saturday from 8:45 AM to 11:45 AM.
• Cash handling and sales experience preferred, but not required
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Passion for service and supporting the mission and vision of Capital Credit Union

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and account maintenance.
• Process members' financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer and daily check activities.
• Provide information about accounts and services; be the front-line link to members.

As our member services associate, you will help our members complete various financial transactions, help solve problems, and develop solutions so they can reach their goals no matter how big or small. Every day, you will greet members and be trusted to complete an array of services, like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, account maintenance and inquiries, and more. You’ll be our front-line link to our membership; you’ll care for them and build their knowledge about their accounts, the credit union, and what we can offer to make them successful!

• Receive and processing members’ financial transactions
• Balancing cash drawer and daily check activities
• Effectively communicating with coworkers and members
