Job summary

ProScribe, LLC is seeking a Medical Scribe to support healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters in the electronic medical record and handling clerical duties to improve clinic efficiency.

The role includes shifts in Spine and Ortho clinics, with Part Time or Part Time Flex schedules, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, two to four shifts per week across Seattle locations. Strong typing, English literacy, and HIPAA understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typing speed of 45+ WPM and fluent English reading/writing are required.
• Ability to understand HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble medical record documentation/charts for providers.
• Enter patient encounters into electronic medical record applications with the physician.
• Update all components of the patient’s medical record as directed by the physician.
• Assist with documentation for review and approval and ensure accuracy.
• Support clinic workflow and provider productivity.
