Job Description: Patient Services Coordinator

Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider specializing in outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder (OUD). We utilize medications such as methadone and buprenorphine (Suboxone) to support our patients' recovery. Established in 2005, we have grown to over 100 clinics across nine states, maintaining a physician-led and patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide excellent customer service by checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting with daily operations.
  2. Maintain a friendly, professional attitude towards patients and offer a high-quality, 'white glove' experience.
  3. Guide new patients through the intake process to ensure a smooth experience.
  4. Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screening as needed.
  5. Maintain daily financial records and prepare reports.
  6. Coordinate with medical and clinical staff regarding patient intakes.
  7. Provide clerical and logistical support as needed.
  8. Oversee patient accounts and manage financial responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration is preferred.
  • Lived experience with addiction is a plus.

Availability:

  • Tuesday - Portsmouth, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • Thursday - Portsmouth, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
