Job summary

Asheville Recovery Center is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner to provide medical care within our PHP facility in Asheville, NC. The role focuses on medication management, treatment planning, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to support recovery.

The ideal candidate has NC NP licensure and NP certification, with experience in substance abuse or mental health care. This position requires 10-15 hours per week across 1-2 days, on-site in Asheville.

Qualifications

Job Type: Part-Time (10-15 hours per week, 1-2 days per week)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in substance abuse treatment and a passion for helping individuals on their journey to recovery. This role will involve providing medical care, supporting treatment plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of North Carolina.
