Successful candidates must have a valid Medical Technologist license in Florida and experience in laboratory settings. You will supervise MLTs and assist in training new staff within the lab.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Medical Technologist - Generalist license in Florida.
• Supervise new employees and students in laboratory settings.
• Maintain records of performance as defined in the SOP manuals.

Responsibilities

• Process and collect specimens in the laboratory.
• Perform technical functions and general clerical duties.
• Supervise MLTs and perform duties without on-site supervision.
