Job summary

MedAire, Inc. seeks an experienced medical educator to deliver aviation- and maritime-focused training programs. You will conduct courses, participate in orientation planning, and contribute to quality initiatives while maintaining strict client confidentiality.

Qualifications include a current RN or EMT-P license and at least 5 years of adult medical education experience, with flight-nursing expertise and awareness of aviation physiology. Travel is required domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN or EMT-P license.
• 5+ years of adult medical education experience.
• 5 years clinical experience in flight nursing or flight paramedics; knowledge of aviation physiology.
• Maritime critical care/ER experience and STCW or related training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MedAire training courses to clients as directed by Education Services.
• Assist with planning and conducting Instructor Orientation Program.
• Contribute to quality initiatives within the department.
• Represent the company at conferences or seminars when required.
• Measure and report on instructional effectiveness; evaluate student progress.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and maintain documentation.
• Provide subject matter expertise as needed.
• Support curriculum development and coordination of special events.
• Assist administrative staff with special tasks and maintain client confidentiality.
